EVENT STYLING

OUR PROCESS:

1.

Once you've filled out our Contact Us page, we will arrange for a virtual meeting to discuss your vision. In the meantime, we will provide you access to our Client Portal containing luxury decor inspiration images to get your creativity flowing for our first design meeting.

We hold our first complimentary design meeting once your venue has been booked. This is an hour-long meeting, either held in-person or virtually. In this meeting, we will view a variety of decor options and inspirational images. We encourage you to think outside the box as we brainstorm a decor plan together.

Using the information gathered during the design meeting, our Event Stylists will complete the look and provide you with a moodboard, detailed quote, and the contract.

Your complimentary package includes a 2nd meeting to discuss any changes and a revised quote. At this point, we encourage you to make a deposit in order to take advantage of subsequent meetings at no cost!

We do the leg-work in sourcing all your decor elements from various vendors and if required, we will prepare a mock set-up for you to visit.

The big day! Our talented team sets-up your entire event space, we coordinate with every decor vendor and physically set-up their products to ensure no detail is overlooked. Once the party is over, our team will tear-down and coordinate the returns so you can leave your event worry-free!
